Ready to dive in and take your swimming to the next level? At S.Z.V. Aquifer, you can train three times a week and improve your technique, endurance, and confidence in the water.
Our trainings are designed for swimmers of all levels. You’ll swim in a lane with people who have a similar swimming ability, so everyone can challenge themselves at the right pace. Whether you’re looking to get fitter, sharpen your technique, prepare for competitions, or simply enjoy swimming with a fun group of people — Aquifer has a training for you!
What can you expect?
💪 Individual training (Monday)
Test yourself or enjoy an easy swim. It’s up to you! This workout is perfect for focusing on your own areas for improvement — whether it’s technique, long-distance swimming, pushing yourself to the limit, or maybe just floating around.
🎯⚡ Technique & speed training (Tuesday and Thursday)
Depending on your skill level, you can choose to train with our student trainers or our head coach. While the student trainers focus their sessions more on technique, our head coach focuses primarily on speed and endurance. So whether you still need to work on the basics or are already an experienced swimmer, you’ll find the right challenge for you here!
In addition, on Tuesdays before the swim practice (21:15 – 22:00 p.m.), there is a dryland workout that includes various stretching and strength exercises.
No matter your goal, our enthusiastic trainers and fellow swimmers will help you make progress, one lap at a time. 🐬
