IMPORTANT: Due to COVID, we have a different training schedule. These will be communicated via email and our Whatsapp group. We also use a subscription system. The sign-up sheet can be found in the WhatsApp group. Before coming to training, we ask you to read our corona regulations carefully!

At Aquifer you can improve your swimming skills 4 times a week. During the trainings, you swim in the same lane as people of your own skill level. Therefore, the trainings are suitable for all swimmers. Whether you want to improve your fitness or are planning to join the competitions, there is always a suitable training schedule for you!

During the training on Tuesdays and Thursdays, you work alternately on your technique and endurance. In addition, there is a long-distance swimming training on Monday. On Wednesday, there is dry training, where you can participate in fun exercises which are intended to train muscle groups that you use as a swimmer.
