Trainings
At Aquifer you can improve your swimming skills 3 times a week. During the trainings, you swim in the same lane as people of your own skill level. Therefore, the trainings are suitable for all swimmers. Whether you want to improve your fitness or are planning to join the competitions, there is always a suitable training schedule for you!
During the training on Tuesdays and Thursdays, you work alternately on your technique and endurance. In addition, there is a long-distance swimming training on Monday.
